Type of Center: Regional, community and power-anchored shopping centers in close proximity to an enclosed regional mall and/or in the synergy of numerous shopping centers and "big box" national retailers

Tenant Mix: Grocery, discount anchor, apparel anchor and traditional

Parking: Six parking spaces per 1000 square feet of retail space

Signage: Storefront signage maximum permitted by local code in tenant's style, color and font; pylon sign panel on each shopping center pylon sign in tenant's style, color and font

Area of Operation: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia

Territory Sought: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, New York and Maryland

Population Density: Minimum of 75,000 customers within the trade area
