No discounts (including military discounts and senior discounts) can be applied to your layaway purchase.
**Layaway must be paid in full within 60 days or by December 20, whichever comes first. If your layaway is not paid within 60 days and/or cancelled by Gabe’s you may receive a full refund of your deposit and additional payments. The $10 service fee and a $10 cancellation fee will apply and merchandise will be returned to stock. The remaining balance will be issued in the form of store credit on a Gabe’s gift card. After 60 days, you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-458-6546 within 90 days of cancellation.

Gabe’s® Stores LAYAWAY POLICY
TERM: 60 days from the start date of your initial layaway or December 20, whatever comes first.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $10.00 is due at the time you put your merchandise into layaway. This deposit will be applied to the balance of your purchase upon completion of your layaway.
SERVICE FEE: A non-refundable service fee of $10.00*** due at the time you put your merchandise into layaway.
LIMIT REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of $50 total in merchandise is required to start a Layaway.
Layaway totals must not exceed $500.
PAYMENTS: Layaway payments can be made at any time, but minimum payments of 20% of your balance are due every 14 days. The layaway must be paid in full within 60 days of start date. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep track of any and all payments made, as well as final payment due dates. Payments may be made at any register in the same store you started your layaway. Accepted methods of payment include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and/or Gabe’s gift card.
PICK UP: Merchandise must be picked up at the time of final payment. Merchandise will not be held at store once balance is paid in full.
REWARDS: All Layaway Program participants must be a member of our UNBELIEVABLE! REWARDS® program, which requires an email address. Purchases made through layaway may earn UNBELIEVABLE! REWARDS® points. Points will be applied at time of completed payment and merchandise pickup.
Coupons can be earned but not be applied to your layaway.
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED PAYMENTS: Layaway must be paid in full within 60 days or by December 20, whichever comes first. RETURNS: Gabe’s Return Policy will apply to all merchandise purchased through layaway.
RESTRICTIONS:
You must provide your full name and telephone number to set up a layaway.
*Layaway is not available on mark down or clearance items, food or select merchandise. Items permitted to be placed on layaway are at the sole discretion of Gabe's.
No changes, additions or modifications to an existing layaway is permitted. If you wish to make a change, you must cancel your existing layaway and open a new layaway. Layaway cancellations may be at the store where the layaway was created with a valid receipt showing merchandise and date within 60 days. Layaway cancellations for this purpose will result in a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Layaway items will be stored at the store where the layaway was created, separate from other merchandise. If Gabe's is unable to provide you with your layaway merchandise at the time of final payment, you are entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit and any applicable fees.
We do not accept personal checks or EBT Cash as a form of payment for layaway.
You must be 18 years of age or older to set up a layaway.
Gabe's reserves the right to amend or cancel the Layaway Policy at any time, for any reason. Use of layaway constitutes acceptance of these terms.
